- Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Bubbl, Inc. ("Bubbl," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides an online ticketing and event discovery platform (the "Platform") accessible via our website at https://bubbl.so/ and our mobile application available at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bubbl-life-offline/id1635236135 (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
We act as an intermediary platform connecting event organizers ("Organizers") with individuals seeking to discover events and purchase tickets ("Clients"). We are not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on our platform.
PLEASE READ SECTION 15 CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WHICH WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, REQUIRE DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:
- YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AND SEEK RELIEF AGAINST US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING; AND
- YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK RELIEF IN A COURT OF LAW AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON YOUR CLAIMS.
2. Definitions
- "Account": A user's personalized digital environment on the Platform.
- "Client": Any natural person over the age of legal majority who purchases a Ticket on the Platform for private or non-professional purposes.
- "Event": Any festival, concert, performance, or gathering organized and managed by an Organizer through the Platform.
- "Organizer": Any natural or legal person acting in a professional capacity that uses the Platform to organize an Event and sell Tickets to this Event.
- "Platform": Refers to our website and mobile application collectively.
- "Service Fees": Fees charged by us to Clients in exchange for our Services.
- "Ticket": The agreement between the Organizer and the Client giving the Client the right to attend an Event.
- "User": Refers individually to a Client or an Organizer, and collectively to Clients and Organizers.
